Shipping & Returns
Crochet patterns are digital and in PDF format, therefore they do not have any country related restrictions for shipping.
Crocheted items sold by Island Magic Handmade are currently shipped to most European countries, US, Canada and Australia.
We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a visible quality issue, we'll refund it as soon as you have shipped the item back to us. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for any shipping fees and the package must be tracked. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at islandmagichandmade-shop@support.fourthwall.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.
Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours from ordering. If you wish to do so, email us at islandmagichandmade-shop@support.fourthwall.com. After you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to address any quality issues.
Due to the nature of digital items, patterns are not eligible for cancellations and will not be refunded.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policy
Refunds are only issued for orders with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Digital patterns cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If import taxes, duties or customs charges get imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
For US customers: Tariffs will be included in the price of the item and will be paid when we ship the package, therefore you will not need to pay for tariffs upon receiving the package.
Custom orders
Custom orders take between 2-4 weeks of processing and will be shipped to you as soon as they are finished. As we are not keeping all yarn colors that we offer in stock, so the processing time includes ordering the yarn, crocheting the item, blocking and packaging. The time also includes unexpected life occurrences, such as illnesses. We are happy to receive your orders and will start working on them as soon as you order.
